Carrier Infinity 97 59TN7A 100C21–22
The 59TN7A 100C21–22 is the 100,000 BTU/h, 21-inch-wide Infinity 97: 65,000 BTU/h on low fire, 97,000 BTU/h output on high, 97.0% AFUE upflow, with a 1 HP constant-airflow ECM blower. It serves larger, older houses whose heat-loss calculation lands above the 080 size.

Low fire is 65,000 BTU/h input and 63,000 BTU/h output; high fire is 100,000 BTU/h input and 97,000 BTU/h output. Carrier certifies 97.0% AFUE upflow, 96.2% horizontal and 95.0% downflow, with the low-heat certified temperature rise range widening to 30 to 60 °F at this capacity.
The 1 HP communicating constant-airflow blower moves 1,616 CFM in high heat and 2,165 CFM for cooling at 0.5 in. w.c., enough for a 5- to 6-ton coil. This is the only 100,000 BTU/h size in the family, in the 21-inch cabinet shared with the 080C21–20.
Houses that genuinely calculate to 100,000 BTU/h input are uncommon among newer Lower Mainland homes. Carrier's product data carries the standing warning against excessive oversizing; the size is chosen from the calculation rather than from the old furnace's rating plate.
