Reference information
Brand, series, model and error-code pages summarise manufacturer documents and name their sources and the date they were checked. Manufacturers change specifications and documents; the manufacturer’s current document and your furnace’s rating plate always take precedence over this site.
Safety
Nothing on this site instructs you to open a gas appliance, bypass a safety device, adjust gas pressure or repeatedly reset a fault. Gas smell or a carbon-monoxide alarm is an emergency: leave and call FortisBC at 1-800-663-9911 or 911. Work on gas equipment in British Columbia must be done by a licensed gas contractor.

Ballpark estimates are ranges derived from published guidance and stated assumptions. They are not quotes or offers. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your furnace, property, ductwork and installation requirements and is confirmed in writing by BC Wide Heating & Air Conditioning.
